Zero-km snacks

The kitchen service is open daily from May to September from 4 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. and in high season also from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dishes are prepared with fruit and vegetables from the garden, flour, meat and eggs from our own farm, along with other agricultural products selected by us from the surrounding area. Guests can choose takeaway or table service. Meat or vegetarian dishes can be sampled. You can have breakfast from 7.30 a.m. onwards, choosing from coffee, cappuccinos, fruit extracts and pastries and cheeses (no need to book the day before). In addition, you can order fresh bread and pick it up from 8 a.m. the next day. The bread is kneaded daily with our own white flour and locally produced whole-wheat flour. It ferments for eight hours and is baked at dawn each day to be served still warm.
