Zero-km snacks

The kitchen is open every day from April to September from 5pm to 7pm and during high season also from 11am to 1pm.   The dishes are prepared with fruit and vegetables from the garden, flour, meat and eggs from our farm, together with other agricultural products selected by us from the surrounding area. Guests can choose between takeaway or table service. Meat or vegetarian dishes are available. At the kiosk, from 7.30am to 7pm, you can order coffee, cappuccinos, fruit juices and desserts, wines and Venetian craft beer. The bread is kneaded every day with our white flour and wholemeal flour made from locally produced ancient wheat, left to rise for ten hours and baked at dawn to be served while still warm.
