As farmers and food producers, we are guided by values that focus on protecting the health of the Earth, the animals we raise, the plants we grow and the people who eat our products.
We adhere to the Veneto Region’s Small Local Production programme, which provides us with ongoing support in terms of hygiene and health procedures for the preparation of fruit jams.

Extra jams
With the fruit harvested on our farm, we prepare delicious extra jams, which we sell and use to make desserts and breakfasts.
Candied fruit mustard
Using fruit, sugar and mustard essential oil, we prepare a fabulous mostarda according to an ancient recipe typical of the city of Cremona. Excellent to enjoy with both meat and mature cheeses.
Bred
We bake fresh bread every day, using our own wheat flour and ancient grains from a local farm. The dough is left to rise for a long time, and campsite guests can enjoy it by sampling our farmhouse snacks.
Hemp seed oil
We cultivate Cannabis light and produce oil and flour by cold pressing the seeds.
Hemp seed oil is a natural supplement with extraordinary qualities and the WHO (World Health Observatory) recommends its daily intake as a preventive/curative measure in order to

The animals are guaranteed quality of life because they are reared in the open air and fed only plant-based food.
